Our apartments near UO are designed to cater to Ducks’ academic schedules. Our individual housing contracts last for 12 months, The housing contract will begin in mid-September and end in late August coinciding with the University of Oregon’s academic calendar!
An individual housing contract is a per-room housing contract, which means residents are only responsible for their monthly installment payments and not their roommates! This means residents don’t have to worry about their roommates making their monthly payment installments on time.
Through the RoomSync app, residents are empowered to choose roommates and build a sense of community using lifestyle habits such as cleanliness levels, studying habits, sleep cycles, and more. RoomSync offers an experience that supports a diverse and inclusive matching community through gender-inclusive tools. Furthermore, the app recognizes the importance of living criteria like service and emotional support animals and factors this into the matching process.

Residents can pay their monthly installment payments online and even set up recurring payments for hassle-free billing.
Monthly installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th).
